I have not tested the menu on Mac so cannot confirm your problem, although on Windows and Linux, the menu works reliably and have not yet encountered a problem. If the problem persists, you can raise it on the Titanium forum. I have found Appcelerator to be very responsive when it comes to handling issues.

Thanks so much for these tutorials. As someone not only new to Titanium but returning to web development after many years, these are definitely incredibly helpful. You should consider updating some of the official documentation with your examples!

Just one minor correction to point out. You’ve misspelled “file.addSeperator();” (should be ” file.addSepArator();). It caused a tiny bit of confusion why it wasn’t working for me so I thought I’d mention it.

Also, on Mac, I seem to be able to pretty reliably crash the app when I include a separator and click on the menu. Not sure if you’re finding that on other platforms.
